Help Me!! I (feel I) am cheated!!!

i bought a second hand PS2 from mumbai last month (*mumbai.kijiji.in/c-ViewAd-W0QQAdIdZ26237723, this link is no more there!!) and was told that it will be sent to me within a few days. i waited for few days but nothing arrived. i called the guy and he said that he sent it through 'vichare' but it was returned as the courrier guy could not find my place in bangalore. he said that he will resend it and i should get it soon. but its been more than 'a few days' and i am still to get it. i am trying to call the guy but he is picking my call. i tried calling from another provider but he is not picking it up (he is using BPL). please help guys. i have the guys mobile number, his email address, his postal address (if it isn't fake!) and the Axis account number to which i transferred money (it is his friend's account). i will really appreciate if you could help me as i have paid Rs. 4200/- for and i am not a rich person to afford this scam!

Yes this link is a scam. One see these kind of links in parked domains. i doubt how much police will be able to help u. How much did u pay? U pay try contacting Hyderabad Cyber Crime branch through online and see their response.

Well.. .If he's not picking up your phone .. Send him an sms stating that if he doesnt respond within a time frame you are going to book him for fraud. You've got evidence of transferring money to his (friend's) account ..

Waise Vichare are just a small courier agency .. they have some good network in parts of Gujarat and Maharashtra .. So they mustve contacted some other courier agency to deliver the package (if there was any package) in Blore ..

May be he is not cheating and he has really send that Courier
may be their is courier persons fault
or
may be that person is now in some problem (like not well) so he is not picking up the phone

^^sure... also i am thinking of reporting to Hyderabad Cyber Police. Bangalore one is no good and i dunno about the Mumbai officials!! What do you say??
