help me for photoshop pluggins

hello frds i'm new with adobe photoshop.i have a problem in getting pluggins in my photoshop i have downloaded some pluggins but i cant start them in photoshop while my photoshop is compaitable for that.Reindeer Graphics Focus Extender ,,1.0Alien.Skin.Exposure.v1.0.for.Adobe.Photoshop-FOSIpaitable for that.,,DFT zMatte v2,,KPT Effects 7are the pluggins pls help me friends thanks

Exit Photoshop... >> Put your plug-ins here C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CS2\Plug-Ins ...make a separate folder here if required for your downloaded plug-ins...

Restart Photoshop... About > About Plug-ins... see if your plug-ins are listed here... also check your plug-ins in the "Filter" menu...

BTW, Installing too many plug-ins slows down Photoshop Start-up as well as over all performance... so install only which are required..

thanx shekhar very grate ful to u i'm a doctor can u pls tell me some software which can help me in daignosis as i heared abt this type of software.in which we can put sign and symptoms and we can reach to a daignosis.i'm having one more problem my real player or any media dont select all video file together to add them in playlist i have to select one by one few days back it was ok but i dont know what setting have been changed thanx once again for ur kind act
