Help in Photoshop

I had clicked a great photo of me. A friend of mine who knows photoshop very well have changed the clothes of my photo and have made my photo worn dirty clothes. I ask him to change my clothes but he says no.

Is there any way i can remove his dirty clothes and put on nice clothes.

Please help me
