i am planning to buy a amd 64*2 dual core can i get it in india and what is the price?

AMD 3800+ X2 Rs.18.5k
AMD 4200+ X2 Rs.26.5k

These are the only two available as far as my knowledge goes, and that too on special order, as they are normally not stocked.
