Help...how to use RyanVM's Win XP post-SP2 Update

In Digit (Aug.) RyanVM's post update of Xp sp2 is provided.
How can i use it & update my Xp SP2 pls tell me.

Use NLITE or Ryan's Integrator for integration to Windows XP CD. Better u check the *www.ryanvm.net/forum/ for more detailed explaination.
