HD Monitor, what should I get?

Here's my rig, which I got around 6 months back, now I need a HD Screen to go with it. Would a 23 inch be good with this, if yes, what's the best? (best bang for buck and expensive, haven't got a budget decided yet). Any recommendations with lower resolutions with better features would be nice too :D. Oh this screen is going to be used for gaming mostly.

All i've come up with till now is Samsung SyncMaster XL2370, is this available in India?

Processor: Intel Core i7 930

Motherboard: Asus Rampage III Extreme

Ram: 3x2GB Corsair 1600 Mhz Platinum Tri-Channel Kit

Graphics: Sapphire HD5870

Power Supply: Corsair TX750W Power Supply

Cabinet: Cooler Master HAF 922

Hard disk: 2x500 GB Western Digital Caviar Black

Also I don't know whether I can ask this here, but I need a multi fuctional printer with a flatbed scanner on it too,any budget here too.

Viewing Angle (178° vertical / 178° horizontal)
U can check dell India site for other monitor but this u2311H is premium model with ips panel

Check the type of connection u are going to use like VGA,DVI ,HDMI

When u check the monitor on dell site u will see some monitor ips , tn and VA Panel.
Check on this site what are the advantages and disadvantages of it before buying any monitor
