Hmm...somehow the site opened in approx 3 minutes on FF.I am browsing from my college(ISDN connection).
It's the site of Centre for Development of Advanced Computing.
Contains details of

PARAM Padma
High Perfomance computing
Multilingual Technologies
Multimedia Technologies
Geomatics

etc....

There is a digital library also..

lol page took 16 seconds to fully load in my 48 Kbps sify connection
