harry potter 3 problem

Hi,
One more problem from me ..if u dont mind ....
mt old CD of harry potter 3 is sratched .. so the installer cannot extract the 'alldialoge' and 'soundeffect' file ... is there a way to solve this problem ?
can i deactivate the sounds altogether ... how will i do it ?

try some software like alcohol 120 or sumthing. i havent tried myself.
also u could try and write the cd on to a blank cd.
but in the end u might have to replace it. ps: i think the only legal method will b to replace it
