Hardware Malfunction in windows xp

i have a PIII 800MHZ PROCESSOR ,motherboard wiTH sis 630 chipset WITH 64 mb video share memory,192 sd RAM.
THE BIG PROBLEM IS THAT I CANNOT INSTALL WINDOWS XP NOW.EARLIER IT USED TO BE FINE,BUT SINCE I CHANGED MY SMPS FROM AT TO ATX ,I FACE PROBLEM OF Hardware Malfunction DURING THE INSTALLATION,IT GIVES A BLUE SCREEN WITH ERROR MESSAGE :-

the error message clearly tells you what to do.

probably, your atx smps is incompatible.
