Hanging with "windows is starting up!"

I have windows xp professional sp2 installed on my pc with 256ddr,2.4 intel processor.
Every time i switch on my pc after the boot screen the welcome screen shows "windows is starting up" for a while.
What can i do to avoid this screen?[/i]

Its default of the logon screen, one cant disable it but yes, if you disable some startups and unwanted services the message will last only a few microseconds and wont be shown.
