Guitar Hero Clone For PCs...Frets On Fire

You'll must have heard of the Guitar Hero Series where gamers emulate their favourite guitarists using their consoles on PS2, XBox360, PS3
This game (obviously), is not available for PCs
However, I recently stumbled upon its clone which works on PC, Mac And Linux
Its called
Frets On Fire *fretsonfire.sourceforge.net/

This OSS has almost replicated the game on a computer where the F1 to F5 keys a the frets and the enter key is used to pluck

I used it on my PC and it is really fun

Tried this long ago.Real fun.But gets a bit tough with the keyboard.My song of choice till now is Message in a Bottle by Police

The rest are very difficult to master unless your finger have bled practising them.But very addictive I must say.

Yep the strings are very difficult & fast too.Tried Linkin Park's - In The End thinking that it would be a bit easier but got pwned in that too.

Indeed.If you have a wireless keyboard then it would be more fun.Come to think of it even a USB Guitar would be great just like on the PS2.

Its a tough game.....Maybe cuz I am not much into Guitar Playing.....
I need more practice....
