Group Policy Editor for Vista SP1?

Since SP1 uninstalls the Group Policy Editor, i understand that an updated version was to be used with SP1. But i have not been able to get it, can anyone post the link for it?

I didnt understand? Who said to you that SP1 uninstalls Group Policy Editor? Its not true.
