Hello Members ,

My computer has KT4V based , MSI made MS-6712 motherboard . The processor is Athlon XP 1700 + . The AGP card is Geforce2 MX100/200 ( 4x). I want to upgrade my graphics card to 6200 or 6600 ( 8x) . The user’s manual of the motherboard says
“ the AGP slot introduces a 66MHz, 32 bit channel for the graphics controller to directly access main memory . The main board supports 4x/8x 1.5V AGP card
.

Does the present day graphics card use 0.8v and would they be compatible with the AGP slot of the MS-6712 motherboard ?

Help  ..

don't worry, u can use it fine, just make sure u have the latest bios, which might help

also, do not go for 6600GT, for your CPU 6200 or 6600 non ultra with 128/256 MB RAM should be enough
