got BSOD(Blue Screen Of Death)

I got the BSOD problem. Plz help me to get out of this problem.

CONFIGURATION OF MY PC:​

Microsoft Windows XP
Media Center Edition
Service Pack 2
Intel(R)
Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz
3.00 GHz, 512 MB of RAM​

After what have u got BSOD???
Some of reasons oF BSOD are
In Windows XP, a blue screen of death occurs when the kernel or a driver running in kernel mode encounters an error from which it cannot recover. This is usually caused by an illegal operation being performed.
Each BSoD usually displays a message such as FILE_SYSTEM as well as a number like 0x00000022.
So what kind of nummber u get???

Your ram must be faulty......run memtest86 for about 12 hrs,,,,and check if you get any errors... .........
