With Google SOAP Search API , the developers can search through billions of web
pages from their own favorite computer program. Google uses SOAP (Simple
Object Access Protocol) and WSDL so a developer can develop his application
using Java, Perl, C#, .NET etc.,

Not it's not like Krugle. Krugle works by crawling, parsing, indexing, code found in
Open-source repositories, as well as the code that exists in the archives, mailing
lists, blog and Web pages. Krugle is written for Java developers. On the other hand Google SOAP Search API does what Google does , ie., searching any information on the Web using your own programming Language say C/C++, Java, .NET etc.,.
It's a general search engine that can be embedded in your program using Google
    SOAP Search API.
