it will sell for trillion dollars

practically speaking.
it has a market cap of 132.92B so it will sell only for nothing less then Trillions of Dollars else no use of selling it. they would instead keep it for them selves.

but you net, if google did receive an offer that huge, they might well sell it, you never know ! as other share holders see only $$
