Good Monitor under ₹10000?

Currently using laptop 15.6 inch Full HD & working as Android Developer & occasionally play games (BlueStacks, windows 10 store). Would like to have a big display. Liked this *www.amazon.in/AOC-22B2HN-Frameless...qid=1649071307&sprefix=AOC+21,aps,420&sr=8-2#
Lower price, 75 Hz also has headphone jack and speakers. Would like to buy one with headphone jack so it can also be used as TV if needed. Is this good?
