Good Mobile for 8k

Hi guys i am planning to buy a mobile featuring EDGE AND GPRS for about 8k.Is nokia 3220 better or 6020 or the little expensive 7260?Also i am planning to buy altec lansing atp3 this diwali ? May i know the exact price as my budget is just 3-3.1k.Do the prices shoot up during festival season or decrease?
