Gmail Filter fail !!

I have a gmail accout and i have set a filter to label all incoming forwads as "Forwards and archive them . It wornks when i test it , but it doesnt filter new mails ? Whats wrong ?

give the filter details (i m using where subject contains "Fw:" or "Fwd:". It works for me)

Do this: Skip Inbox, Apply label "Oprah Mails"
