For Graphics card, get Zotac GTX 650 Ti Boost 2 GB @ 12K which offers same performance of HD 7850 2GB but 2K cheaper. Also since OP is not planning for overclocking, the 2nd configuration with a GTX 660 looks more promising to me.

^ram prices have increased. the hdd shortage situation is way more profitable i guess, they want to create the same shortage scenareo for everything
