Ram: Corsair value 4GB DDR3 1333 Rs.1100/-
Cabinet: Zeb Bijli Rs.1000/-

Keyboard and mouse :Logitech MK100 Rs.500/-

TOTAL Rs.22600/-

Note:
*This graphic card is very good for low resolutions, you will be able to max out all games at 1336x768
*For sound get a pair of cheap headphones, like iball rocky...for 200/-

Alternate Options:
* you can try for a AMD llano setup . Im not very well versed with those so I leave it to others to recommend
* If you can find a Athlon II x3 processor you will save arnd Rs.1000/-
* You can opt for a lower priced graphics card like the AMD 6750 (Rs 5.9k) or AMD 6670(Rs 5.4k)

Very good and balanced config there. However, Athlon II X4 635 is hardly available anywhere and the alternative is 645 or 640. AThlon II X4 640 is retailing around 4.8K. Check smcinternational.

Re: gaming pc under rs 2100?

i3 2100 is faster than similarly or lesser priced amd quad core but only in applications which are not optimized to take full advantage of all cores.applications like winzip/winrar,encoding/compressing videos, running 5-6 different applications at once etc make full use of all cores so in these situations AMD 4 core processors will be faster than 2 core i3 processor.also more & more games are now being developed to take advantage of all cores.so amd 4 core processor is more future proof & also you can overclock it to get even more performance if in future you need.in my opinion intel core i series is only good if you are buying at least a core i5 which is a 4 core processor.

if you still want core i3 then core i3 2100 costs ~5800-5900 in nehru place, delhi.you can get an intel H67 mobo for ~5000.

Re: gaming pc under rs 2100?

At your budget you can't have a balanced Intel based config. For gaming, graphics card is more important than Processor. So a good AMD quad core + a Better graphics solution will provide you better gaming solution than a i3 2100 + Cheap weaker Gfx card which is possible at your budget.

overclock does a damage to ur system if u do not do it with proper cooling or use cheap components a FSP Saga II 500w is a pretty decent PSu u can surely overclock ur Athlon II x4, but u cant go over ~3.6 Ghz it very rare now a days. try getting a Hyper Tx3 for Rs.1300 or a ZALMAN CNPS7000C-CU for Rs. 1280 or the cheapest ZALMAN CNPS7000C-ALCU for Rs.965
