Gaming PC config required

guys, i'll be upgrading my comp soon....(hopefully)

Budget- Around 50K

This is what i need: -
CPU: I was thinking abt a Core2Duo 6600/ 6700...

Mobo: should i go for a 865 or 1 of those nforce mobos??
or should i opt for 1 with crossfire??

RAM: 2GB DDR2....but which 1 ?? 533/ 800 Mhz??
Power supply: i hv no idea abt that....plz help
Hard-disk: a 250 GB 1
Mouse: should i go 4 a laser or an IR mouse??
Gfx card: 1 was thinking the Palit x1600 pro (4k)...considering that i'll be goin 4 DX10 in June....
Cabinet: any cheap 1
I already have a Samsung 17" monitor, Speakers & a Lite-on DVD writer

will this fit in my Budget?? i have no idea abt the current prices...
so plz mention the current prices....
