Actuall You did not specified the motherboard but usuall the USB ports on the back are onbord where as front USB ports are on cabinet with the wires to be plugged in to USB connection on motherboard. Just check out the motherboad user guide and your would get the appropriate jumper setting and how to plud the wires thats it.
