use any dumb headed nokia series 40 fone like 6610/i 6230 6680 all have an inbuilt modem and if u wanna go hi 5 then 6600(i hate it)

Hey u cud go for N-Gage/N-Gage QD under 8k.

10-12.5k: I strongly suggest 6630(has fm missing) or w550i(if u want gr8 sound quality but no expandable memory)

well for surfing net 6630 is the bst....but if u want fm u can go for 3230 which costs around 10.500 now .another good choice would be 6681 which costs around 13,500.
But if u can increase ur budget or wait another 2 month then def go for n70..coz its now king of the market. i hav it along with 3230 nd both are pretty good.
My internet exp with airtel gprs has been extremely good so far
