First of all there is no necessity for paying the postage on microsoft dvd of vista. I received one and I didn't pay a single rupee. But the catch is that it is beta and it will expire on june 2007. This applies to Office 2007 beta also.

Dude.. you have to pay shipping and handling charges to microsoft.. comes to about Rs.700/-

As far as my knowledge goes...my TechNet/MSDN CDs come from malaysia. So if any 1 orders from India shud get from there.
