Free PC to Phone Calls Worldwide

My friend want to make phone calls to his relatives in Saudi Arabia and U.S.

earlier he used Gizmocall icall etc. but now there are problems
is there any working free solution???

there are no free lunches.
even in Gizmo u need to watch crappy flash vids to earn credits..
use Skype for cheap calls, or if u have budget, set up a PBX at ur place...then u can use that for free calling.

You can use just voip to call free to usa canada n some other countries and
its completly free.
well there is another software EQO messenger which is for mobiles and
you can call through it to any1 in the world for free.(mobile to mobile)
both users must have the software installed in their mobiles and online.(you will need gprs)
it gives u some 4$ to start.
i used it to call saudi arabia and voice quality is superb.
for us its rates are very cheap..

Seems like free calling anywhere on any phone/mobile is still not possible. All those advertises saying they made available cheap call eventually shows rates closer to existing ISD rates only.
