well i have checked many. most truly free are text based and utterly boring.
othere are free as they r in beta stage like ragnarok india was. now ragnarok ppl charge.(i think thats why ur looking for mmporgs)

Try Anarchy Online It is Free and works on 56k.This game will make Ragnarok Kiddish..it is realy complex Game and quite difficult(Atleast to me).But The Gameplay is quite Nice and the Community is Huge.
