When I open Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc), there is no Network folder in the Administrative folder under User Configuration. Just a folder called Windows Components. All the other folders, including Network and System are gone.

Please see this screen shot and someone please help me ASAP :

I took this from Mosaic1

I have been playing with my own gpedit and have duplicated youy issue. No registering dll helps.

See if this odes:
Right Click on Administrative templates.

When the Add Remove Templates Dialog appears, click the ADD Button.

This will bring up the Policy Templates dialog. Highlight
system.adm and click the Open button.

Click the Close button on the Templates Dialog.

Don't worry about the missing registry key. It may not be there by default.

Hopefully, this will return the Administrative Templates to the Group Policy snapin.
