Folder NAming

Please tell me that why cant we create a folder named CON anywhere in the Windows why is it so. Can we Create the Folder with this name If Yes then Tell me How.

con was reserved keyword in DOS. This has been raised in various threads. But don't worry. You won't be able to create a folder with that name.
Acually the Dos command copy con means copy to console and was a rudimentary text editor. You can try it out in the command console yourself. End the text entry with ctrl-z.
The syntax is

copy con <filename>
