Firefox downloading trouble!!!

hi
i have just installed the firefox. i try to download torrents or any exe or zip files from any sites. but i get a message the page has been blocked.
what is the setting to enable download in firefox?

i have zone alarm pro and nav 2002 and os is win 2000. just for info

well bro its not the Problem of FF i guess...seems you are using a Proxy which keeps on blocking the D/led Files...try changing the proxy or Disable it ...and see if it works or not..also try the Options Tab to se if you have Disabled the FF Download Manager..or not....
