Falied to find usb Port!!!

hey i dont know if it is a mobile problem or a usb prob so im posting it here

ive got a reliance lg 6230 mobile... i have a data cable

i connected the usb and then insterted the disc the driver for the usb got installed .. i dun see any "?" mark in device manager
i downloaded pc sync manager .... and now when oi click sync manager i get "Falied to find usb Port" '

so which USB ports r u using ???

The front ones or Back ones?

If they are the front ones, then check the internal port connections. Many a times they are not done correctly. Refer the Mobo manual for correct connections.
