Here's the way of changing the attribute of a folder so that it can't be deleted or opened.
Step 1) Create a folder
Step 2) Open DOS
Step 3) ren <foldername> <foldername><X>
(where <X> stands for pressing "2" thrice holding the "Alt" key pressed)
Step 4) Try to open the folder in Window to see the change.
To unprotect Folder:
ren <foldername> <x> <foldername>
Note: It works in Windows 98. If anyone knows a way of it in Win XP...lemme know. I would also encourage others to continue this post with such interesting threads.
