DVD To CD

Sir

i want know that which is the best software which can be used to RIP a DVD to a single CD(700MB) or an avi file.The software should not requires any user intervention once the conversion process starts.And if it also do not requires any free space then it will be a added feature.The codec used can be any of Xvid or DivX.
