driver_irql_not_less_or_equal in WINXP Sp1

    please help me.i have an unique and irritating problem.the other day i was just browsing some site and suddenly the xp blue screen sprang up

    it said

    driver_irql_not_less_or_equal

    starting memory dump

    ndis.sys

    the same problem has occurred nearly 10 times since yesterday.i am really vexed.i have touchtle adsl

    i have a XAVI 7005Q USB Modem.

    is this problem due to conflict of the adsl modem driver.i have the latest drivers for the nvidia chipset.please help me.

    i have win 98 se and internet is fine on win98.

    winxp is fine as long as i am not connected to internet.

    when i m in net for quite a while. then the BSOD comes. and i have to restart

    PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

    my sys-configs are

    AMD AthlonXP 2000+
    256 MB DDR Hynix RAM
    40+20 GB Samsung HDDS
    USB ADSL Modem
    ASUS A7N266-VM Motherboard
    Windows XP SP1.

    yes the prob mght be in the drivers.. chk out the website for the manufacturer and see if any update is present

    also reinstall xp and see if no soln is found.. if problem occurs.. definately its the drivers

    it was on the same page even .. WITH THE SAME NAME !!!
