For yahoo mail you can try yahoopops..... at http://www.yahoopops.sourceforge.net....

Download, Install, Run it and in the PoP and SMTP put localhost....

    The link should be http://www.ypopsemail.com/

Another alternative is to try eprompter at www.eprompter.com which offers a simple email client that can access many webmail accounts such as yahoo, rediff, gmail, hotmail, etc... Do note however that it doesnt handle attachments... (To download attachments and to send mail with attachments, you will have to log in to the webmail account)
