difficulty in viewing fonts

hello friends
I wanted to read the contents of an oriya newspaper site thesamaja.com.but instead of oriya fonts i came across strange characters.THe web site advises to set encoding to user defined. still the problem remains unsolved. will anyone please help.thanks.

It uses Embedded Open Type (EOT) Fonts ... It will work only in Internet Explorer .. wont work in Firefox/Opera,etc
It must work peacefully with the latest IE.
