Dell Ultrasharp 2009W vs E228WFP

Hi guys, I need a LCD Monitor. After doing some research, i have decided to go for either

Dell 20" Ultrasharp 2009W

Dell 22" E228WFP
*www1.ap.dell.com/content/products/productdetails.aspx/monitor_e228wfp?c=in&cs=indhs1&l=en&s=dhs

Both of them cost around 15K. They have the same native resolution 1680 x 1050.
The Ultrasharp has a better stand, USB ports, and TrueColor, but its 2" smaller.

E228WFP has got excellent reviews. I am not able to find as many reviews for 2009W..

Please help me out..

I do not know what good ultrasharp branding does, so would say go for 228 or 2208 models from Dell
