Composite SPDIF Cable [+Rs 187.00]

TV-out cable w/ SPDIF [+Rs 141.00]

Whats use of both ?

TV-Out cable == The cable which can be used to connect to your TV(the yellow colour one). This is what I have. No idea about the other one

SPDIF is sony/philips digital interconnect format for the audio. Connects to spdif enabled audio systems for better experience. Its a format for audio transfering form the soundcard on the computer to audio systems.

Do I need to take both of this ?

Or just TV-out cable w/ SPDIF will do as it already comes with SPDIF.
