Ok total here is 16242. One can get Viewsonic 2235 WM @ 16000/- . check theitwares.com for price. Still cheap than it.

^^ plz. anybody dont compare dell with viewsonic . viewsonic has horrible aftersales support in INDIA whereas dell warranty rocks .......even if u pay 5k more for E228WFP over VM 2235 ,E228WFP is worth it...
