Dell 15/Dell 15z..Dilemma..!!

Hi guys,I'm planning to buy a laptop and even figured out which machine beast suits me. Dell 15 was the ultimate answer due its in-budget specs. Getting FHD with a decent Graphics card is not bad . But then i had a look at 15z.
So coming to the point,I'm planing to buy dell 15z from US through a relative.
Because 15z isn't available in india and its cheap too there.
So if i do the same,will there be any problem like power issue or software compatability issues...i need to ask this because its very important for me to know it.

xps 15 is more powerful one with more weight
and the 15z is the less powerful one with less weight.
i am also planning to get xps 15 from US through my cousin. i too wanted to know whether there would be any warranty issues when it got here. do i get an international warranty?

I appreciate your responses guys. Yes i know that 15z is not that good as compared to XPX 15. Even 15z has not JBL 2.0 speakers that are built in XPS 15. But 15z is amazingly thin. But many responses making me to opt out 15z from my list.
Hey guys you haven't answered my primary query. Will there be an sort of problem if i take XPX 15 from US. I've heard their adapters work on 110V,but we have 220 V System in india. I'm sure that should be fixed by using a different sort of charger. Anyways please drop your suggestions.

am not sure but i think most of the adapters has a range of 110-240v
and they also support 50 and 60 Hz frequency. so it should be working perfectly here as well. can anyone verify this.
