ddr400 ram doubt

i recently bot a hynix ddr400 1gb ram. can i knw de speed of this ram.

wen i cheked in bios, de system memory speed shows 333, and de slot description shows its ddr400.

does ddr400 mean de speed is 400 mhz or de speed is 333 mhz. is there 400 mhz ddr ram?

im using only dis single ram now and its 865gbf mobo (ddr400/333/2xx compatible..)

wen turnin off, the sys turns off within 4-5 sec after puttin this ram, is dis normal?

May be ur mother board only supports upto 333mhz,so ur 400mhz ram down clocks to 333mhz,its normal....chk once again using this soft
