Data Username - New Virus?????!!!!

Hello..
Whenever i insert my USB Flash Disk into my computer, one .exe file named, DATA(USERNAME OF PC) will be created. It will look like a folder, but when click on it, it opens MY picture folder from my pc. At starting there was no pro. But now I facing problems like automatic PC shutting down, Reduced Spead and some times when I try to access the Flash disc then PC will Automatically SHutdown.

What is this? IS it Virus? Any patch?

Antivirus wont detect the virus!!!!

I am using NAV 2004, And i had updated the virus definations also. But it wont detect the virus.

No patch for it?
