Custom XPSP2 CD Creation

Hi There
(if such thread posted previously pls provide the link)
What i have is a genuine XP cd and a SP2. I've Successfull Made a XPSP2
Bootable CD usin Both.

What i want to do now is to make the cd not ask for the
1. Name
2.Company
3.CDKEY

Can any one help me here.

(i've read it somewhere about the same but stup me didnt bookmark that page and i cant remember it now)

like replacing some .ini kinda file with the new one
