Boom Boom Boom
Your system I think is already messed up. There are so many problems. Try to reinstall your system.
Also upgrade your drivers

The Devil's Advocate
Last error I have a feeling that your network card has something to do with this Try removing/disabling it.

The middle stuff - Install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package.

The first error: install your display drivers - the ones that came bundled, don't update them to the latest.

Hi...

try this....

go to my computer properties...advanced tab...system faliure optionss....

there disable the "automatic restart" checkbox..

now everytime your PC crahes there will be a BSOD .....

try reading that ....most probably ther will be a filename that comesalong...

search for that file in your PC....if it comes out to be in a S/W installation folder...try removing that software....

now..if it is some system folder...it "may b" a drivers problem depending upon the file .....

regards
