Depends on your plans.
If you want cost effective solution with onboard graphics then ya you can get the MSI RS480M2 + 3200+
But if you are gona purchase the graphi card anyway then it will be better if you opt for A43 3000+ venice and ASUS A8N-E.
This is better combo. YOu can overclock this board preety well. Has more features. less problems and better performance compared to RS480.
You can easily take 3000+ pass 3200+ speeds on A8N-E.

939pin CPU/mobo combo will be bit costly. No point in compromising on any of it. Rather go for AMD 64-bit 3000+ (754 pin) and K8N-E DLX. CPU for 7200 & mobo for 7100. You are ready to rock provided you already have a graphics adapter. Also let us know whether you already have compatible DDR RAM or not. I would advice you opt for DDR @ 400 MHz to get the most out of your rig.

Price difference between DDR333 and DDR400 is like rs400 per gig.. performance difference is 30%. DDR266 drops performance to almost 50% saving you another rs400.

So you spend rs20,000 for a new system, save rs400 and loose 30% performance?

939 costs like 50% more and loose 20% in performance. Seems like a no brainer...

other wise Why bother upgrading.
