The cheapest 845 mobo can be had under 3k. A 845 from Priya comes for around 2250 (Nehru Place, Delhi) The prices may vary. But I don't recommend this board. Get the latest 915 series mobo, or the intel 865, 875 series. The 845 is kinda old. More better boards are here.

The 845 is more than 2yrs old and isn't exactly suited for today's apps. Get the latest brigand of PCI-E chipsets. They'll serve you much longer.

yes m8 dont go in for 845.. i use it.. and ill tell u its not so gud.. better to go for 915 series as rohit suggested...

The original Intel 845GVSR Board costs around 2800-3000/- but its not worth it. Go for the Intel D865GBF instead and you wont regret it. However the 915/925 series are the best at present and are future proof.
