Firefox is famous for its addons, but here are some of the tricks that can be performed without any addons.These tricks might not be of any use, but these are good just for the fun sake.

existing Firefox window.

* chrome://browser/content/preferences/preferences.xul :: Opens the Options dialog box
inside the Firefox tab.

* chrome://browser/content/bookmarks/bookmarksPanel.xul :: Opens the “Book Marks
Manager” inside a tab in the Firefox window.

* chrome://browser/content/history/history-panel.xul :: Opens the History Panel in the
Firefox tab.

* chrome://mozapps/content/extensions/extensions.xul?type=extensions :: Opens the
Extensions window in the current tab.

nice info d00d, didn't know abt them
but actually except for the last 2 urls, the others didn't appear 2 make much sense, in terms of practical app, instead of typin such long urls y dont v just go 2 d actual location and perform the task and waht use is it to open a tab insid another tab.

sounds cool but i migrated from firefox to opera a little while back

I am also trying to migrate as Firefox is a big memory whore and Opera is light. Only thing that has stopped me so far is that the level of customization provided by Firefox and its extensions are not there in Opera. Only if Opera supports roboform....I would jump start with it.
