Try Restoration for restoring delete files.

Convert what?

U can convert only some files to others.. not anythin to anythin.

Want to convert rar files? Extract them, then use the zip sw listed to again compress them to a new format!

BTW... 2 online file converters...
Also.. Adobe Reader's for pdf files. Portable Documents...
