Confusion about Oct 06 Tips & Tweaks

In th eOct 06 edition of Digit, in the Tips & Tweaks section there is a section on Symbian OS tricks.It has been mentioned there that the Samsung X700 runs on the Symbian Os but I thought that only Nokia phones ran on Symbian.
Please help.
Also please tell me what is the price of X700 with bill and that in the grey market and if it has FM or not.
