Lost in LOST
digtal cameras today have two types of sensors. CCD & CMOS. almost all normal, consumer digital cameras use CCD sensors while some advanced digital SLR cameras use CMOS sensors. also some high-end video cameras use CMOS sensor & our consumer camcoders use CCD sensor.
have u ppl read Fast Track- Digital Photography????? it came with digit March 2005 issue. in it, digit has claimed that CCD is better than CMOS. where as reality is something different. many high-end, proffessional dLSR cameras (e.g Canon) use CMOS sensor that anytime offer best image quality than any consumer CCD digicam.
so then what is the real thisg??? im confused. does CCD or CMOS really matter??? do reply folks....
